What is Pilates?
Pilates is a low impact exercise program that focuses primarily on increasing core strength and stability. Learning how to use and control these core muscles helps your body become stronger, leaner and more efficient.
Because Pilates is low impact, it is a safe way to rehabilitate joint and spinal injuries, eg. Disc bulges. It is suitable for EVERYONE at ANY LEVEL of fitness at ANY AGE.

About Re-activate Pilates Classes
Classes at Re-activate are run by Qualified Myotherapists and Mat Pilates Instructors.
The classes are small and personal with no more than 8 people in each class.
All participants are monitored throughout the whole class and exercises are altered to cater for anyone with injuries and or weaknesses.
Classes are conducted on mats using foam rollers, fit balls and Pilates circles.
All equipment is provided.
